Adam is an innovator and natural leader. Having grown up in the business, he knew he wanted to create a brokerage from a very young age. After becoming licensed, Adam worked as a Director in Property Management and quickly moved up the ranks to serve the industry at all levels.

Adam has been fighting for equal access to fair housing. He's met with members of Congress on Capitol Hill to demand that sexual orientation and gender identity be included in the Fair Housing Act. At the local level, Adam is the Past President of the Seacoast Board of REALTORS, where he served on the Board of Directors and was named their REALTOR of the Year in 2019.
